When will my order be delivered?

Ilwaad Designs takes normally 3-14 working days to prepare your order for shipping. If it’s time sensitive we advise to send an email to info@ilwaadshop.com with your request.

SHIPPING TIME ONCE DISPATCHED 

Domestic UK 1-3 days.

Please note that UK Next Day Delivery and UK Saturday Deliveries postcode restrictions may apply.

Europe 3-5 working days 

North America 3-7 working days

Australia & New Zealand 3-14 working days

Africa 3-10 working days 

Middle East & Asia 3-10 working days 

South America 3-10 working days 

 

In rare cases, duties and taxes are charged by Customs in the destination country and the receiver is responsible for paying them.

The order(s) will be dispatched between Monday to Friday, excluding local and national holidays. Delivery times are estimates and commence from date of shipping. We shall not be responsible for unpredictable delays.
